Metal Detectable Tags/Labels

We are able to supply Metal Detectable Tags for varying food production environments, which can be used to tag products through the food production chain.  This enables ease of identification and traceability throughout the food processing setting.  They can be both hand written on, printed on by Thermal Transfer and used in a Direct Thermal printer.

We can supply them in a wide variety of colours, shapes, sizes of loop lock labels, swing tags or cards. They can be custom printed on both sides to suit your personal needs. The process used is that the labels cut and printed using a rotary flexographic print process with water based direct thermal printable ink, no varnish or coating is added.

The tags can come in a wide range of materials and can offer strength and durability. The Polypropylene layer offers strength to the construction making the tags non-tear.   As the customer you can choose the construction and size, so that it matches your business requirements exactly.  There are also options to suit your costs and suit most budgets.

In terms of presentation, we can supply them to you in rolls, sheets or singles, and on a core size to suit. They will also be packaged to your specified requirements. One such example is on rolls with a 38mm Plastic Swarf-Free core and supplied in Blue Poly bags.

They can suitable for temperatures up to 250°C, again adding to their versatility.  The tags are able to go from oven, to chiller, to freezer.  Or, from Oven to freezer with any detrimental effect on the tags.  They also perform well in damp conditions.
